Suitland: Live & Work

This $500M mixed-use transformation, at full buildout, will include 900 residential units, 125,000 square feet of retail space and 50,000 square feet of public space.

The multiphase project is currently under construction by the County’s Redevelopment Authority and Revenue Authority.

The next phases will include 90,000 square feet of retail, 300+ residential multifamily units, and a hotel.

The area is also adding additional federal jobs, which support the County’s Federal Jobs Strategy, with the Bureau of Labor Statistics moving 1,800 jobs to the Suitland Federal Center.
